(no subject)
Hah, I love how like 75% of all entries on my flist are along the tones of "why haven't I posted", "sorry for not being around" etc, and I was totally going to start this post the exact same way. But now I won't, because I'm a maverick like that!
Anyway, the reason I went AFLJ (coining it now, Away From LJ! Unless someone already coined it, in which case ... meh, whatever.) is because I was busy worrying about the dentist. My appointment was on Tuesday, so it was a couple of days of freaking the fuck out beforehand and then afterwards too, because in addition to weird people poking me in the mouth some kid in the waitroom complained of a stomach ache and that is all a seasoned emetophobe needs to hear to panic.
But I *think* I'm in the clear now (knock on wood and other superstitious things!), so I've started to chillax and enjoy the fact that I actually had NO cavities this time. NO CAVITIES AT ALL, GUYS! WOO! That might not be a big deal to you, but considering my dental hygiene regiment consists of a super-rushed brushing before bed at 3am every night and nothing else, and that I basically live on sugar, it's a bloody miracle.
And that's enough about my teeth. Not much else new though... Still enjoying the attention Ernie The Oar is getting (68 followers, whatttt!), and been managing to mostly ignore RB enough that this week went past pretty fast. Not much on TV otherwise, Cougar Town finale aside (hearts in my eyes as usual, ofc. <3 Thank gawd this wasn't the series finale!). Still rewatching NCIS:LA and swooning over Deeks (HIS FAAAACE) and enjoying actually soaking in all the Deeks/Kensi scenes, of which there are more than I remembered. Once I'm done I'm gonna dig into Alphas, Jane By Design or Teen Wolf, in some yet to be determined order.
I think that's it, gonna go fall face first onto my pillow now. G'nite!
