Sup? I'm worried. This wouldn't exactly qualify as news, usually, but for once I'm actually not worried about myself. Yep, I'll wait here while you alert the media. Can't go into details either, which is super-frustrating because I want to obsess and agonize, but probably, hopefully, I'm making a bigger deal of it than it is. Maybe I've just watched too much TV, you know? It's very possible, I do watch a crapload of TV.
Speaking of TV, I started back up on Downton Abbey again today after a bit of a hiatus (I just wanted to savor the moment of Mary and Matthew happening before it inevitably fell apart, okay?), and boy is it delightful. I never expect it to make me laugh as much as it does! Just small, random things that nevertheless has me laughing out loud. No wonder everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, is watching this show. My favorite moment of this continuing revelation was when, during my DA-hiatus, I watched some Gossip Girl and Rufus said Lily was watching it. Like, I sort of expect it from real people, even slightly random ones like KBell and David Boreanaz, but I did not expect it to be mentioned on THAT show. Granted GG is practically the modern-day teenage version of DA, but still... That's a sign to get back to watching, if ever I got one.
Anyway, point is, it is reeeeally good. And it's nice to be on the same page as (really and truly) everyone else with that, for a change. Anyone else watching? I want to talk about it, but I have no idea how many people on my flist is watching it. I'm assuming atleast someone does, because even Lily Humphrey-Bass-Whoknowswhatelse does.
I'm horribly behind on my flist-reading, but I'll try and catch up tomorrow. Meanwhile, hi and welcome and the standard disclaimer/blanket apology for all my insane and incoherent ramblings to my new friend fadedpresence! Although, considering we both play WoW, watch a lot of the same show and have the same birthday I'm not entirely convinced she's not actually me from the future, or the past, or an alternative timeline. Or I'm just over-excited because this is the first time I've met someone who shares my birthday, IDK, one of those things.
