Woke up with a maaaaassive headache today, and had promised to go with mom to see my grandparents. That didn't happen (they had other company) but I had to go grocery shopping instead which is only mildly less exhausting and not-fun to do with a headache, and now I also have to do the grandparents thing tomorrow. I want to sleeeeeep. Well, not right now, obviously, because I like evenings, but in general. I hate weekends, weekdays are so much quieter for me. More TV then, too.
Speaking of TV, part one of my Sam-picspam should be done tomorrow, if I can decide on coloring and whether to nitpick and obsess over every single cap and its brightness/levels/contrast/etc, or if I should just go "meh, good enough" and be done with it. OCD vs laziness, basically, story of my life right there. Meanwhile, if you haven't already, you should go look at
crackers4jenn's shiny picspam which is 100% guaranteed to be prettier than mine anyway. And also less murderous to load!
Today on TV:
Haven: OMG they killed the Rev! O_O Did not see that coming, that's not where I thought they were going with this show, so obviously I dug it. Kept thinking he was gonna pop back up, alive and well somehow, but nope, dead as a doornail! A really creepy and gross doornail.
Also, I find it a bit unlikely that, during a while episode of a bunch of yahoos (and Audrey/Nathan) running around with shotguns, Dwight did not get shot once. So much for him being a bullet-magnet then? And yep, that is my complaint, on the show that is basically recycling old Supernatural MotWs (hey, it's not like SPN was doing much with em in the first place, and atleast Haven's killer-truck-episode was a lot less stupid!). I know which tree to bark up at, damnit.
Also also, Nathan was having one of his looking-good-episodes this week (I keep going back and forth on that, it's pretty much every other week now).
Free Agents/Up All Night: Finally got around to sampling these two comedies and they both had about the same effect on me, which was my face contorting in some weird attempt to both smile and frown and look disgusted all at the same time. There was good stuff, there was bad stuff, there was a LOT of stupid stuff. In the end, if I'm watching either of them it'll be Free Agents, because Up All Night was competing for the only spot on my schedule allotted for baby-comedies and Raising Hope came out a clear winner in that battle. Probably though I'm just gonna wait and see how they do before watching any more.
