In which I discover the wonderful world of Tumblr

No, I'm not joining Tumblr - that's for people who can make pretty things - I just plan on spending the coming week staring at said pretty things here and here and grinning like it's going out of style. :D Also, I came across some spoilery pics and now my brain has melted. My god, the runners of this show HAS to give a class to all the other showrunners in Hollywood on how to run a ship - it's like only having seen someone do fingerpainting and then walking into the Louvre with this show! I've grown to like the actors/characters of this ship thanks to the flawless execution of it, but just imagine what this kind of ship could do to me if I loved everything from the start? Mm, there's a point, probably should be careful what I wish for... If Spike/Buffy or Logan/Veronica had been this well-executed they'd probably be scraping my brains off the pavement still.

Anyways, other things! ... I can think of other things! Just ... gimme a minute. Ah! I have something!
FNL update: Seen up to 115 or something like that, and while I mildly dig it and will keep watching, unless the show changes drastically it doesn't feel like a show I will be getting ~EXCITE~ over. Which is cool, not everything has to be. I like most characters most of the time, I stay awake for the plot even though it's mostly about football - that's good enough!

Haven: Damnit Show, make up your damn mind about which ship you're trying to make me ship! This is making my head spin. Normally I'd be all over Duke/Audrey because he's the wise-cracking bad-ish guy, but he's played by Eric "Foot Boy" Balfour and has zero chemistry with Emily Rose, so he's out. So I've settled with Nathan, because he's boring but also clearly being set up as the MENT2BE guy and I do dig an easy ship sometimes ... and then they bring in Jason Priestly and make him all surly and antisocial and hot? And also hilarious in that everyone breaks out into complete fangirl-mode upon seeing him, including Nathan? IDK, this show is weeeeeird.

Suits: Speaking of shows that can't settle on a fricking ship. Mike and Jenny! Mike and Rachel! Mike and random-CotW-girl! And they still haven't really made any sort of bid on Harvey, other than that chick he was banging last episode, which: no.

(I know, I have ships on the brain right now, it's annoying. And it's even more annoying when almost every show I watch is handling their WTOWTs like they're a hot potato and oven mittens haven't been invented. >_< Anyway, sorry for whining.)

tv: rookie blue (is dead to me), tv: haven, tv: suits, tv: friday night lights, fandom: shippyness
