spoiled!
I'm house sitting for someone with no internet right now, so I haven't been online much. But I'm on the late shift this week (4pm-10pm) so I had time in the day to pop on home and see my kitties, check the mail...
and there was a package! from my SP8! *squee*
She made me a cute felted purse, very pink :) And there's some eucalan (maybe I'll get around to doing some washing soon..) and this pretty pretty notebook, and from London-Wul fibre arts some GORGEOUS pink alpaca-angora yarn!! *dies happy* it came with a lace scarf pattern, which I'm about to dive right on into in about 10 minutes :)
Anyhow, been busy... can't remember all what's gone on since I last updated... off the top of my head, nothing HUGE has happened... some movie watching, some hanging out with friends (I love pot lucks..), went to Toronto for some knitting-in-a-bar, work has been busy, cats are doing well, I've been doing well in the kitchen... oh, went to Chapters this weekend, got Weekend Knitting and Memoirs of a Geisha. OH! I finally finished knitting my dad's sweater yesterday... now just the finishing awaits :|
Okay, a real drive by update here, but I'm eager to dive into this yummy yarn!
