innie_darling wrote me a gen SPN fic set in season 1, Holding Pattern. I'd mentioned craving season one-era Sam&Dean, and wanted something where they were trapped together and snarky but good to each other. She responded with a wonderfully funny and insightful coda to Phantom Traveller that manages to be full of snark and sarcasm and a hint of shmoop all at the same time.
musesfool wrote me Requiem, SPN gen, set after 4x14. The setting itself was made of win. It's also vividly written, with wonderful imagery. The Sam&Dean insights in this made me think yes can we have that now please, and hurry it up, show.
pheebs1 wrote me a completely adorable gen preseries drabble with wee!chesters on a mission. Spot-on voices and big brother-little brother dynamics. ♥
