SPN Hunt initiation log updated and discussion post for 3x07

So. 3x07.
Shared initiation again, like 3x06? Because we have no evidence how they wound up at the warehouse hunting Lucy. That would make two shared initiations in a row, plus the boys are tied for initiations. Which makes me feel all warm and smishy inside, since they were so awkward with each other when the season began, but we've had those Impala conversations, and now in 3x07 we have "because...just 'cause" and Dean passing the torch with the Impala. Sam's still keeping a few secrets but they are edging back to the closeness they had in earlier seasons.
