Happy friday, and belated thanks!
Hi! Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. Yesterday there was vegetarian thanksgiving with Mom, who isn't vegetarian but pretty much was up for "whatever you're cooking is fine." Which means we had all the traditional foods only without the roast beast part. Stuffing and yams, yay.
The DVD collection, it is also organized and put away and there are no more stacks of DVDs on my floor. I feel mellow. Four day weekend. MMMMMMMMM.
I have a long list of things I'm thankful for -- a good job, great coworkers, my parents, friends who are awesome, brilliant, caring, silly, creative, irreverent, serious, and zen, in various combinations (and sometimes all at the same time). A good many of those friends are from fandom. Which I'm also thankful for. Thanks for listening, for making me think, for being so generous with your picspams and song mixes and fanfic and analysis and feedback, for being wacky and passionate and hilarious and somehow also amazingly sensible amid the chaos. :D
