We have a spare room in our home. We are willing to trade the rent on the room for a special friendship. The candidate must be a female from the ages of 18 to 45. No pets of any kind since we have plenty ourselves. Anyone interested please forward a phone number to contact you.
You will need to take care of any food items and toiletries that you use. The electric, water and association fees are paid for by us.
