Imagine how I felt, in the field when I realized it!

My boss thought the heat was getting to me, or that getting up @ 6 AM is tkaing its toll....

You're welcome. I'm glad you appreciate it. I was concerned that it would be too out of place here.

Not at all...at least, not for me.

I find is amusing, and after spending all night trying to figure out a 10k statement, I needed something like this!

I cannot believe you're out working in this heat (although it was kind of pleasant today). It reached 40 at my house yesterday! Ridiculous. :)

Poor ladybugs, constantly being interrupted!

Yup, I got a touch of a burn yesterday, but today, I wore a t-shirt instead of a tank top and brought LOTS to drink (as in a frozen gatorade, a big thermos jug of Kool-Aid with ice, and another jug of ice water.

Its not really so bad, and I'm a little shocked at how much nicer it is to work outside ina field than in a stuffy office. If I were inside during this, I would be just as hot, but wouldn't get the occasional breeze, which is LOVELY.

Among the many horrible insect infestations I grew up with at my parents house, we had a horrible ladybug infestation. It was likely the cutest infestation ever.

Although, they still make little, wormy like babies that would get in my way quite regularly.

This was made possible by the fact that we had a fruit fly infestation at the same time, and the ladybugs ate the fruit flies...

Now thatI'm thinking about it, it's kind of weird.

Yeah, we had a couple of years where there were ladybug infestations. I didn't feel very much infested. They were really cute.

AHAHAHA Piper and I had this conversation the other day after I yelled at her that she's such a cockblocker (after she interrupted with a rather sloppy, romantic lick of the face/mouth/nose and ruined EVERYTHING).

Achem. TMI?

Her interruptions are made up for by her complete cuteness. Lucky her.
