my hair is BLACK. Blacker than black.
...so black it's being like an UBER-AZN.
I'm volunteering my head and the stuff that grows on top for the "Allied Beauty Association" show as a hair model for the Matrix brand and stylists. So basically I agree to be available from 6 am till 4 pm for two days and be their styling puppet, and in return I get a really awesome color, highlight and haircut job for free (around $200 value), lots of snacks and a goodie bag of hair products at the end.
SO worth it. I'm jealous of me too.
So Mr. Stylist (Paul) has big plans for me. He did some really sexy red-copper underlights (no bleach! amazing!) and covered all the rest with deep, dark jet black. I'm getting my hair cut on stage at the convention centre tomorrow *EDITZ* (he's gonna give me a jagged, asymmetrical cut with the colored pieces longer than everything else). They want it short, so I'm agreeing to get a chin-length cut and bangs (I was growing it long... but I'm not picky. It's their show, anyhow). Boy, did I get it wrong. Turned out better than I hoped, though.
And on Monday I get to go back and do THA MODEL WALK.
