Reasons why I have loved you from afar continue to add up.

My new favorite is: broke a toe with a cookie sheet and the chocolate chip pecan oatmeal cookies were entirely worth it.

Brilliant.

After years of seeing the Potter films alone this year I will be able to see the last one with my daughter. She is the reason I read the books and saw the films. She gave me my first book and we started reading them at the same time so even though far apart physically we were always able to share through those. Then I watched the films to stay in touch and now, at the last, on the evening it premieres here I will be going with her and a group of friends to see my first one ever in a theatre. I really don't care about the film. It is getting to see it with her that has me excited.

I loved Kenneth's "Hamlet". Seen "Dead Again" far too many times to be healthy. It is so much fun to watch to see how much thought was put into the interchanged characters. So many things are mirrored in each timeline and I love that kind of planning in a film. Plus the performances are excellent. I think I squealed like a little girl when I first saw the film in the theatre and Jacobi stuttered a bit in the end. Such an ode to us geeks ;)

cookie are almost always worth it! it is really difficult to make gluten free chocolate ship cookies, there just isn't enough to hold hem together.

I need to re-watch Dad Again, it has been too many years.

The outing with your Girl Unit sounds fantastic. I go to the movies so rarely that when I do, Boy Unit usually thinks it is an event and goes with, so yes, I know exactly what you're looking forward to! I am sad to see the end of the movies, it's the end of an era--no more books, no more movies. I have dabbled in HP fan fiction in the past, I might have to dive back in!
