the announcers have accents and i have the patience
caller number two wins two tickets
reminds me of guerrilla art and bramble thickets
i like 94.1, kpfa
i can see my old friend listening to it, blazed
i'm trying not to smoke listening to their hippie liberal news
i have this new attitude where it won't give me the blues
i've heard all the bay's fm waves in creation
they stretch from satellite stars and bounce off our great nation
i can still bop to top 40 sensations
but best of all i love those low stations
garrison keeler's sense of humor may always perplex me
but i think his prairie home companion is sexy
i love to hear the blues or that country twang
and hard knock radio provides me with perspective in slang
i turn my keys, up the volume, hit 'scan'
travel until i find something, that's my plan
