Abraham Xanathos watched as Zeke Starsmore packed his things into the back of a U-Haul and did his best not to roll his eyes. He knew that within a month, he’d have to haul Zeke’s things back in while the empath and Abe’s master engaged in make-up sex. He didn’t understand why they bothered. If Zeke hated Master Robert’s over protectiveness, why did he stay? If Master Robert didn’t like a lover who risked life and limb, why date a super-hero?
Abe caught Zeke’s eye, and the mutant looked away guiltily. Abe rolled his eyes.
At least when Mom broke up with someone, the man was out of their lives permanently. This back and forth stuff was just so stupid.
