Celebration Beetches! A List of Good Times
1.) the brotherman is engaged! awesome good times. (tear of joy).
2.) new home = good times. ..."do you know where your home is?" YES! 'bout damn time too.
3.) guitar class at skyline. I love being like the only girl busting her chops! (apparently "busting ones chops" is a hip way of saying...face melting or guitar playing...at least that's what one person told me. Then again, I could just look dumb...CHOP BUSTING! haha) Hopefully I get better. Skyline is alright. Kind of weird being on another campus though. This is just the beginning of returning to academia. (not to be mistaken with macademia.. like the nut. trying to be funny but not quite there...eh? i'll just stop.)
4.) Talked to Christine Mach! aka the Christ Machine! I miss you. It was SOOO good catching up.
5.) Camille is the bestest ever. Sharing soy chai latte's and random thoughts. It's beautiful to know people are still around for ya? What a comfort it is to be able to count on old friendships.
6.) New hobby. better yet, new thrill. I LOVED white water rafting on Friday. What a ball. Scary, stupendous, SUCH a natural high. Caltaggers and I went on a class4 trip which was nuts and pretty scary at some points. I almost fell off the boat once but somehow caught balance. I LOVE IT!
I also loved how the guide sounded like Fez from That Seventies Show. AGH! Leric (coworker man) and I were cracking up when he was giving us instructions! I had to bite my lip not to do one of those ugly laughing grunts. He was giving us life saving instructions and my sorry ass was stuck on his crazy wardrobe and voice. I LOVE IT!
