Thankfully my mommy has returned home from the PI. Funny, Kuya and I tried to fill the void temporarily by calling eachother these past few weeks... however, after a few lame attempts, it was clear to both of us that we still absolutely need and adore our mommy.
So since Thursday, my room has not been my room. It's been the V-Family refugee camp. Trust me, I adore my folks. It's just that thaaaattt much exposure, proximity, and lack of other human contact made me go nuts! Yes, I know how to do my own laundry. Yes I'm wiping my face evenly. No please, please don't clean my room. Yes, I threw that away for a reason, and uh-huh, i no longer will be needing my first training bra. It can be thrown out. (sigh). Contrary to what that last sentiment entailed...i really really wish they'd live closer to either Kuya or I.
Anyway... So Vin and I had roommate day today of which we picked up our lazy bums and left the house. We ate, we drank (actually I had the beer), we shopped (shoes and sunglasses), we got our church on, and then movie'ed it up at the 7:30 showing of "Because I told you so" starring Mandy Moore and Dianne Keaton. LET ME TELL YOU! That movie was SUPER BLEH! We're talking not even rental worthy. Then again...maybe I was annoyed with the whole movie because it depicted MY own relationship with MY ma so well. UNBELIEVABLE. I figure... why watch it when I live it?
Work is great. Ambo had her baby. Friends are marrying real soon. Other pals-o-mine are breaking up and yet others are joining relationship-hooker-upper websites (and I don't mean just sugardaddy.com... yes I do know someone who's a member of that site!). What do all these events have in common? Oh yes people, they all make me want to throw up. Not in a bad way...but definately in a joyous, "I can't believe we're growing up...get me off this crazy roller coaster ride" way! I'm so happy. I'm so unprepared. (bleh, my stomach is going through a third loop-de-loop).
I'm also baffled people. Don't get me wrong, and I don't want any concerned emails (b/c frankly there's really NOTHING of major concern here), but MAN! more and more, living where i live... meeting who I meet....SHEEZ! i've come to the conclusion that males are COMPLETE jerks. I don't mean to be one of those ranting and raving and jaded and hormonal cliche type womenssss, but really... it's sucky sucky men (not all, but a good chosen few) who are to blame for these nice girls turned angry. I'm not one of them, but "yet" might be the operative word. hahhaa. Hey, in the wise words of Fung... "I could've been the one." what a shame? hahaha
Enough said....GOOO GIANTS! Baseball season's coming up soon! Hollar! Time for Orange Fridays, Garlic fries, and BEER! Good times!
Hmm...who actually still reads these?
Take Care all 2 of you!
