So, I finally finished the first season of Trick and it is all that I hoped and dreamed it would be!

So everything you heared meganbmoore say about Trick is totally true. It is just utterly adorable and fun and just so squee worthy. The two mains are nothing but adorable and you just want to sqish them together. For all smartness that Ueda has, it takes nothing for Naoko to just flat out own him. I love Gokusen.  I love Trick.  I love the Head Teacher of Gokusen and I love Detective Yabe in Trick.  So why, despite watching the Gokusen Special and Trick 3/Special/Movie pretty much back-to-back, did I not notice they were played by the same guy, until

Sigh...the giddy glee is at war with the depression...

Giddy glee because, you know, it's Trick.  And not only is it Trick, but it's probably the closest Trick has come to being anything that could be called "romantic."

Depression is because, until the second movie becomes available, this is all there is of Trick.  And I suspect the movie really will ( Read more... )
