It feels like my upper gastrointestinal tract is being slowly ripped apart by shards of glass.
I also have an unrelated, deep, wet, infection in my lungs and cannot stop coughing. Oh, and a fever of 101 degrees.
I should've gone to the fucking doctor today. Not for the cough, but for my guts. Last time I checked, it's not good when there are trace amounts of blood in your vomit.
