Sunday
We had a great Sunday. We got a call from Jig inviting us up to Olinda for lunch with her, Kath, Suze and T. We dropped the dogs back at my parents and away we went. I wasn't feeling good because I was tired, and having some trouble breathing, but once we kicked in I perked up. I'm glad I ended up going.
We had a great meal at the pub, and then Kath and T went home, whilst the rest of us went to Sassafras to have a look around. I bought some lollies at the lolly shop... I fuckin love those lolly shops. I bought candy necklaces as well, but mine snapped as soon as I went to put it on, so I stole Wendys and told her she would be missing out.
As we were heading back to the car Jiggler spotted some abandoned scones and coffee, which we dared her to go and finish. The crazy gal actually went to, but just after she sat down the waitress came out. She asked if Jig was right, and preceded to clean up the dishes. Me, suze and wends were in hysterics, and I shouted out to Jiggler to not let her take her scone, but all Jig got was the cream that flicked on her hand when the woman dropped the knife... shattered.
We stopped at Olinda on the way back, and I bought this crazy beanie in Bali Hai. Its polar fleece on the edges, and on top its like wool. Looks like I have bizarre white dreds! Got quite a few looks.
Anyways, just thought I'd do a quick update, I have a treatment to critique and then I might attempt at rewriting it myself... should be interesting.
