I didn't sleep at all Saturday - rather I didn't go to sleep at all until Sunday, well technically, Monday morning at 3 am. I woke up with a nasty headache that led me to leave work early and go to bed. I didn't awake until this morning, and I still have a headache. It's not as bad as the one from yesterday, but still feels like a slight hang over. I need to learn to sleep better.
