Oh La La.
The world is still spinning, and life is good. My, do I love the tests God throws at us, haha!
It's been a good summer, despite the set backs. I absolutely loved the sunshine that came at the start of our school break, I love the sunshine. Corfu, of course was a grand start to the summer holidays, haha. I can't wait to go on holiday again..
Seen a lot of family and a quite a bit of friends actually. Seen enough of family to set me right for this next term, not that I usually suffer much while at Uni, I can survive without my home life pretty easily, lol and hopefully this continues.
Cannot wait to live in my new house, with the girls. I can't wait to see Emily, Ellen and Ollie again. My friendship with these three fills me with confidence about Uni life, and.. everyone else is a plus. The long summer will definately of helped me adjust to life without Danielle and Stacy too I think.. and of course, it'll have helped ease the pain of not living on the corridor with some of the great funny boys... though am sure we'll be seeing enough of Michael and Geordie. And, others like Will, Danny and Rhys will be about. Either way, it's going to be a fun year.
Last year was definately a fantastic year! I made some of the best friends ever (this includes Laurel who I didn't mention above... Easter was soooo long ago). Lancaster is great!! great!! great!!
I hope Freshers week will be fun, and Ellen, Ollie, Emily and myself are being corridor reps, which means that we spend a week with the new people, helping them adjust, look after them without being too responsible for them, by that I mean, they're students living away from parents haha, so we're just there to help them adjust, we show them about... we go out with them on bar crawls and such!! FUN!! I just hope we don't get any assholes, I can't be done with cheeky sods, lol.
Can't wait to decorate my room. Ohhh.. it's going to be fun.
Doing some shopping this weekend which is always fun, just for anything really. Need to get a kettle for our new house, lol. And I want some new shoes if I can.
