My family has this bizarre obsession with calendars. I don't know if it's a korean thing, a poor thing, or an old person thing, but my grandma gets estatic as she collects them from the Hanmi bank, the beauty salon, the bakery, the dentist, the HK market, and the local church. And when I'd walk into her old apartment, each room would have at least 5 calendars in it (each showcasing the beautiful landscape of Yosemite or some other national park). And she enthusiastically keeps offering me one everytime I see her as if she's giving me candy or something.

This past month or so, I started to put the pieces together, and I've realized that I have this supernatural gift of telling the future. I have, on more than a few occasions, dreamt of events that ended up actually occurring in real life. For instance, for every boyfriend or semi-boyfriend that I've had, I actually dreamt about being with that particular person prior to having a relationship with him. Of course, I never told anyone this at the time, because I didn't want to come off as some obsessive freak. Sometimes, bad things would happen in my dream, and they'd later happen in real life, but I wouldn't be as crushed/upset, because in a way, I kind of saw it coming already. Also, I would be randomly thinking about someone out of the blue, and I'd either see that person or that person's name will come up later that day. Just this past week, I was thinking about some guy that used to live on my floor last year that I've talked to maybe once. And then few hours later while I was walking out of my apartment, I see that same exact guy (and I haven't seen at all since I've moved out of the dorms). It was pretty frikkin' trippy.

I recently came across this scaryass face again:

and it reminded me of you
