(no subject)
I'll be in California 2 days from now. It is so bizarre that a year has passed. That's so crazy, but there has been a ton o' stuff that has happened in the past year. Wow.
So I somehow erased everything from my iPod. I almost cried. I was trying to figure out it I could transfer my stuff on it to my itunes, but that didn't so much work. So I got my laptop back today and was trying to reset everything and they couldn't back up my files so all my stuff is gone that I didn't transfer to my flash drive. So I started searching for all these CD's I'd burned from my iTunes and recovered most of everything I had purchased. I did have to buy Billy and Cindy's new album again b/c I didn't have a copy of it anywhere and most of A Collision I don't have. So tomorrow morning I'll be adding to my itunes the cd's I don't think I can survive without. And I did lose all my Lost videos. But it's just stuff.
My small group girls are great. They bought me a travel journal. I love it!!! I love them!! They're great!!
I had a really good talk with my dad yesterday. Like he inquired about my life after I graduate seminary. Like normally he wants to know when I graduate so that he knows when he can stop paying my rent (that's something that was in the divorce papers) but he really asked about and listened to what I might do and he even suggested going straight to the mission field. He's never asked me about this stuff before or seemeed interested. Later on when I was praying I totally cried. So it was good.
I need to finish cleaning the bathroom. I have a really busy day tomorrow. And Cara and Melissa are coming over to watch some Smallville, season 5 that I have taped. What a great way to spend my last night in Dallas. =)
I guess I'll have to write about Captivating and Emily Rose tomorrow.
