speed demon
Last night I got a speeding ticket. I guess the standard reaction is not giddy laughter. I knew I was busted. I was going 50 in a 35 zone. The street is one I drive a lot and there's always cops on it, so I never go that fast. It was just a fluke thing, and I got caught. The officer was really nice about it, and only wrote it for 5 over, so the fine isn't as bad, but it's still $70. What can you do?
