timeless didn't have the most cliffhangery finale, but if it doesn't get renewed, i think they tied up enough loose ends. sort of. and if it does get renewed, they have somewhere to go on from.

it was 65º today and tomorrow it's supposed to be 60º. what the hell.

Mostly I just found the Lucy's mom is also Rittenhouse idea annoying and ridiculous. Because she *was* sick in the previous (pre-Hindenburg) timeline and she *had* been with the other guy (Amy's dad) so what she was saying didn't really make sense. It was also just.. the moment Lucy starts explaining the whole thing just felt oddly fake/false to me, like it's sole reason was for some shocker and I was totally unsurprised to be right. I don't know. It felt contrived I guess.

oh, it was totally contrived. but her being rittenhouse makes sense if you assume this new timeline (where mom is ok and amy was never born) is the timeline we're stuck with. like, in the pilot timeline she wasn't rittenhouse, but in this one she is.

But if she's rittenhouse due to her family line as it's implied, how did that change from the pilot?
