This is actually a really interesting interview with John Perkins. I'm reading his book (Confessions of an Economic Hitman) at the moment and I recommend it to anyone interested in politics, history and/or economy.

Reminds me of this one book I read about the history of the CIA (Legacy of Ashes by Tim Weiner). This stuff is like straight out of some comicbook evil corporation stereotype. If it wasn't so depressing it would be hilarious.
