(no subject)
Helloooo!! I am alive and in Norway! We are in a small town called Balestrand now, which is right on the largest fjord in the world. First we stayed in Oslo, which is a really cool city. Our B&B was very european and 6 of us had to share a tiny bathroom. The toilet was in the shower, haha. After Oslo, we headed to the Knustemarke farm (where my great great grandma... i think... grew up). It was beautiful overlooking the fjord. I got to meet my very distant relatives, which was really cool. Everyone was so nice and sweet even though we practically took over the whole farm. My 6th or 7th cousin took me out for drinks in Oslo one night which was a lot of fun. Then we came back and smoked hash. hahah it was sooo funny... that I was on a family trip in Norway smoking hash...more details later.
After the farm we went to Rollag, which was kind of in the mountains. It was beautiful, but not much to do there. Yesterday we drove 6 hours to get to Sogne fjord, where we are staying now. Today we went to a glacier and went on a fairy ride out on the fjord. It was absolutely gorgeous. You will never see anything like this in the entire world.
Anyway, we have about 4 days left here. This trip is unreal and amazing, but I think I'm about ready to come home. I miss all you guys.
