All I want for Christmas
Ever since we read Lord of the Flies a couple months ago in English, I've been obsessed with it. This is not just "oh, we're reading a cool book in english", this is bona fide obsessed. So last night, I find this. Now, I don't know what the Folio Society is, except that you have to buy at least four books to even be able to buy any in the first place, and seriously, 45 dollars for that one book? Bit pricey.
But omg, it has these amazing illustrations...

I dunno, is that supposed to be Jack? I hope not! Jack's supposed to be a redhead and I don't even know if you could even call that blond.

Ahh crap! I want this thing so bad, it's not even funny. :( I don't know how I can justify to my parents spending so much money on a book that I already own a different edition of. And to make matters worse it doesn't actually come out until december so it's not like I'll be able to find it on ebay anytime soon...
Whine, whine, whine. I'm stopping now.
