Last Night I Saw "The Best Band In Clubland"

 They were called Housequake, and within the first set they covered:

• Blacking up
• Lady Gaga (northern style)
• Jedward
• Kelly Osbourne's "large cock"
• Zombie Michael Jackson
• The IRA Riverdance

I don't know whether they were genius or everything that is wrong with the world.  It was like being trapped in an episode of Phoenix Nights.  And has anyone else noticed that there is a particular type of women's haircut that is "northern"?   Really short and spiky, either dyed bright red or black, or bleached to fuck, and with a stripe of colour through it.  Maybe it's just Doncaster, I dunno.  But they're everywhere.

ETA: Oh wow that location is quite specific hey?  I'm not on that street, but it's the road coming off this one just opposite the house...interesting.
