Who would have thought anyone would ever mention Paris Hilton in 2008?
God help me, I thought that Paris Hilton's John McCain rebuttal was funny. I'm actually surprisingly neutral on Paris. Because she's famous for being famous and although she dabbles in the odd movie or scent line, she doesn't bug me. It's the famous for being famous ones who then decide that they are serious ACT-ors or musicians or novelists (everyone knows about my unrelenting hate on for Nicole Richie) that they bug me. Otherwise I find useless celebrity spawn with reality shows and slim to nil levels of self awareness remarkably unremarkable. And while I thought the counter ad was funny, I like this totally made up IM encounter even more.
