That's it from the second movie -- then the third movie starts and, bang, we're in Singapore. Presumably everyone's gotten there somehow, although they're not currently in possession of a ship. Elizabeth and Barbossa are meeting with Sao Feng to try to get him to lend them a ship to get to World's End. Will is off sneaking around -- he turns up by the middle of the Singapore sequence, though, and it's explained what he's been doing.
I think the only other thing it's important to remember from the second movie is that at the end of the movie, Norrington delivers the heart of Davy Jones to Cutler Beckett, giving Beckett the ability to control Davy Jones. Also that Will saw Elizabeth kiss Jack, but doesn't know that she murdered Jack, and so has rather the wrong idea about her motivations for trying to get Jack back from the dead.
That's it, you're set! There just is a big plot gap between the second movie and the third. I think if you start watching, it'll make sense where they are and what they're doing soon enough. (To the extent that it ever does.)
