Catching up on Doctor Who

I should be working, but fannish stuff is so much more fun. And since I've been catching up on Doctor Who *points to subject line* and have watched 12 episodes of the 2005 season in the course of the last three or four days, my head is full of Doctor Who impressions (I dreamt about it last night, I think ( Read more... )

Okay, seriously: Annette Badland (Margaret Blaine) would make such a great Umbridge. I couldn't stop thinking about it for the duration of the episode

I hated Rose a bit for letting Mickey stand there and leaving without a word of explanation. Okay, there was the Doctor, but Mickey is such a nice guy and I felt really sorry for him.

Dude. I only just found you via friendsfriends and now I want to add you to my friendslist. XD

Hello. I should feel honoured if you did. I've friended you, if only because I've been hunting for DW fics and have just come across your "Go Home", and liked it. :-) I also promise to talk about Doctor Who occassionally.

I thought that tardis!Rose created all the Bad Wolf stuff. Although maybe that's just me not watching it hard enough. That was the impression I got, though.

You're right. But I wrote this before watching the last episode where it was explained.

Oh shit. I really *really* hope I didn't spoil. I thought that since you were recapping all the episodes you'd seen that one. Since you were talking about it and the daleks and stuff.

I'm so sorry. :/

Ah, not at all! I watched the last episode right after posting this. Also, as I watched the whole series within the space of a few days, I didn't have time to wonder about the whole Bad Wolf thing (I didn't realise that it was a pivotal plot point and a mystery until I started catching up on Doctor Who discussions, um, last night.) and would not have been bothered by being spoiled anyway. I had spoiled myself for a couple of other things (like Jack's coming back from the dead) and I didn't mind.
