Well I played in today's $1,500 NL event and started out the way I prayed I would by doubling up early and imposing my will throughout. I started with 4000 chips and picked up a couple small pots with AK's and later picked up KK in EP. I raised about 3X and got reraised by a late position player. I just wanted to give congrats to our Freeroll winner in yesterday's FRAZ Freeroll on Cake Poker to "Puporunswell"!! It was a hard fought battle through 26 players and a very tough heads up match against "Bigdaddy775" who took 2nd, followed by our buddy "Billiamcdn" who played well and held the chip lead most of the tournament. For some reason it seems my performance always comes in spurts. I've noticed the same thing when looking up many other good online players. It's kind of weird when I see solid consistent players who show some of their best results one month only to follow it up with a horrible next month! Well my buddy Dawgonu and I had some big shots fall a bit flat, but this month has been very good overall. Dawg got deep in the big Ireland tourney but just missed the money and I got bubbled out with the best hand on the last Step ($2,300) for a WSOP Main Event seat.
