A few months back, I filled in for D, our Senior VP's admin and although I was quite busy, it wasn't too bad. One of the reasons it was so busy was because I was trying to do her job and my 1-1/2 jobs at the same time. TJ is very pleasant and I liked working for him ( Read more... )

Soooooo, what's the dilemma? You are qualified, you liked it, it's more money, and a step up. When it comes to your career, you have to look out for #1 and that's you!!
