A Call For Help
It's the second day of school...or the second day is over ne ways...its been a good couple of days back...had my first run in with high school drama today, but i managed to avoid getting involoved...but now I'm watching the news, and it makes me want to cry...people are dying! children, elderly...babies! and we're sitting here doing nothing...and news reports are indicating that ALL authorities have left the Convention Center. We NEED to do something...I CAN'T just sit around and do nothing...but you're telling me that our country, the same country that can fight a war in a desert country, the same country that can hunt an elusive terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, the SAME country that has been air dropping food and water to the ENEMY in Iraq, cannot do ANYTHING for the people in New Orleans. We're FUCKING DROPPING REPORTERS EVERYWHERE IN NEW ORLEANS TO GET "FIRST HAND REPORTS" AND WE CANNOT BRING IN FOOD OR TAKE OUT THE PEOPLE!?!?!?! I DON'T THINK SO. This is rediculous. Guys, we as teenagers, need to do what the adults of our nation could not do. We need to do something, ANYTHING to help those poor people down there. I'm going to coordinate a fundraiser...we need to raise massive amounts of money for the relief fund. Anyone who wants to be a part of this, IM me, leave me a message, email me, talk to me at school, call me, or leave a comment...I need ideas...lots of them...we need to do a lot of fundraising to get these people out of there. I'm not kidding guys. We absolutely need to do something...this is incredibly rediculous...someone help me out here, I can't do this alone...any ideas, send them to me...
