Been listening to some Oi! group called "The Templars". They are really good. Never thought I would like Oi! But they are awesome. They made an album called Clockwork Orange Horrow Show, which everyone should either go and special order from Media Play (+1 cool point for Dom) or just go download it. About to watch some MMA. Daiku Jukuk Karate to be more precise. Its a combination of Kyokushin Karate and Kosen Judo. Basically, its a very good form of combat sports, that I cant wait to watch. Got to work early tomorrow...get out at 4pm, so i'll probably chill with Craig. We got to do soemthing. Concord Mills sounds very ideal. Cause I want to be somewhere far, but somewhere I know. Plus I never go to Concord Mills. Friday I get paid. I got so much to pick up, but so little money. Bills suck. (Yes I have stupid bills! But not complaining). Anyone got a sqaut rack they dont want? and a bench and bar? and 225 lbs. worth of weights? I will take it off your hands, completey free of charge! Blah...I got books I need to get first...still want to read A Clockwork Orange...I just realised I need a better Bible..cause I dont like the one I have, (The print is really tiny) and I have this urge to read it. I also need to find a book called "Skinhead Reggae". I tried to order it from Media Play...but NOOOO Claire couldnt do it. Skinhead Reggae is the stuff (Dont assume anything, its not what you ignorant chumps are thinking, well... if youre thinking what I am thinking youre thinking, which would be me assuming. I lose once again.) To bad everyone is all over this Ska stuff, to get into Skinhead Reggae (although Ska is okay). Also been listening to some good Synthpop. Colony 5, Wolfsheim, and T.O.Y are some very good modern synthpop acts. Enough of music. How is everyone health wise? Random question, but I have been doing this new workout program, that anyone could do, and lost alot fo weight! Its called Tabata. You basically choose one exicerse you like. (I choose 3...Puh Ups, Squats, and Sit Ups) and you do it for 20 seconds straight, as many times as you can, then rest for 10 seconds, and repeat 7 times. This will equal exaclty 4 minutes. People are so lazy these days. I am postive if people took 4 minutes of the day, to do one tabata workout, people would be alot healthier. I mean I got a really good intese (to the point where I feel like puking) workout just from 12 minutes of working out. Crazy stuff. I use a mp3 file, to keep the time for me. (starts off with 10 second rest..then starts playing hard rock for 20 seconds..its awesome)
So there goes my challenge, to all you fucking lazy bums. Do this every other day, for a month, and tell me youre not stronger, and thinner, and I promise, I will erm....print this LG entry out, and eat my words. ( I promise). DOnt worry about doing alot of the excerise you choose during the 20 seconds, just do as many as you can. Here goes the mp3 file (it starts of with 10 second rest, right when you hear the music go, start doing whatever excierse you choose, and repeat, until 4 minutes is over):
