*giggles* it is :)

*beams* YAY!!! that would be awesome! it sucks, i probs won't be back there for a couple of years *pouts*
Hee, my german is so poor, i can understand ANYTHING that is said to me, just speaking it is kind of a problem, espesh where grammar is concerned! Anyways!

Yeah, but i take after my mother, if i feel uncomfy then i go into a foul mood for like, 3 hours, lol, not nice!

I totally know what you mean. When i came here the first time for my 16th birthday with my mum, our feet were killing us! Getting to see everything though was, like you said, totally worth it.

As to your question, in a way i will miss it, i love being just a 10 min walk away from the Eiffel Tower, and i feel all independant, grown up and sophisticated but i hate the fact everyone is so rude, that noone smiles, that every second guy thinks he's Gods Gift and that because you're young and foreign you'll think him so gorgeous that he'll sweep you off your feet no bother! very VERY annoying. Sorry, i kind of ranted there.
But mainly the whole homesickness got to me more than anything. it's all good though! Home in 5 sleeps, yay!

*hugs*

Oh dear, I think you just described all of mainland Europe here LOL I think the UK really is an exception with the friendliness. All the times I went there, the first thing I usually notice is how polite people are. If people mow you over around here, you almost never hear a sorry or anything which is just sad. So, I certainly like that about Brits *nodnod*

Yay for 5 sleeps. Have a safe trip home, by the way ♥

*giggles sheepishly* sorry hun, i didn't mean to offend! The German's weren't half as bad though, and i was able to talk more easily with them if anyone tried anything! My french sucks, that's all :)
PLus, seeing how my dad is German, making me obviously half German, i'm kinda biased towards Germans! *grins*
I said German too much there, didn't i?

*nods* most people say that, but Scot's are more friendly than the English so next time you're ovre come up and visit us! *grins*

Sorry, if i made you feel bad *is worried*

Thanks sweetheart, i hope so too! I'll be fiiiiine :)

Nah, no offense taken. It's actually what I told my fellow asylum alumnies when we set foot into the train to Coventry and just how often I'd heard someone say a simple sorry just during that half an hour. It's kinda nice.

and i was able to talk more easily with them if anyone tried anything!
Haha, there's nothing like a good flood of German swearwords rolling of your tounge sometimes, is there? Carthasislike if you ask me LOL Sorry to hear you got in situations like that though \o/

And there you are shamelessy self-promoting^^ But I'd love to. I've actually been to Edinburgh and St. Andrews a couple of years ago. It was just for a week in which I did some minor work in a private school. It probably was one of the trips I enjoyed most and am hoping to come visit again some time.

Besides, there's nothing like watching men in kilts and how the tartan swings with each step, guh.

*giggles* people get annoyed with me, apparently i say sorry too often!

*grins* well actually, i didn't swear! I rarely do, but it was good to be able to tell people to leave me alone without sounding like a foreigner!
it's okay, there was only one situation in germany, and it wasn't serious. Unlike here in Paris! ah well.

*giggles* and i'm not even fully scottish! it just irritates me that Scotland doesn't get attention because most people think Scotland is England. grrrrrrr...
But let's not get into that :)
And mmmmmmm!!!!!!!! Men in kilts, YUM.
Glad you enjoyed your stay in bonny Scotland! *beams*
