Summary: Jensen's job as Captain of Empress Danneel's Imperial Guard is a privileged position, if a little dull compared to being one of Overlord Misha's Minions. Jensen kind of likes dull, but his life is about to get a whole lot more interesting with the arrival of a new recruit, Ensign Padalecki.
My ramblings: Eeeee, it's heeeeere! I haven't gotten to read the finished version yet because I was busy running around like a crazy thing at the eleventh hour (what else is new), but if the draft was anything to go by, you guys don't wanna miss this! I had so much fun working on this, you have no idea. There were a thousand and one little medieval-type elements I wanted to cram into everything--choosing only a couple was hard. I need to do more fantasy/fairytale things!
