Kagome hadn't meant for it to happen. She was merely doing the household chores, scrubbing the floors, dusting the shelves and hanging up laundry. How was she supposed to know that while she vacuumed, she would bump into Sesshomaru's father's armor and let it clatter onto the floor? How was she supposed to know the helmet's horns would snap right off?
Sesshomaru's anger was visible by his narrow glare and the dark aura that surrounded him. "Kagome..." he started, but she didn't stay to listen. He needed some time to cool down.
Kagome bolted out of there in a shot.
