my life is reading

Seriously. I literally can not stop. If I finish all the readings for the next day and I have time left over, I have learned to fucking keep reading because tomorrow I won't have time to finish the readings for the next day. And that's why I'm a bit behind. But it's okay because I have read a lot of these texts before. (Whew)

We are having a Beatles themed party on Saturday. We've been joking about it since 2nd year, and we decided to do it on Homecoming evening as a sort of pre-drink before people get up to whatever nonsense that will get them arrested/killed.

In case you didn't know.
Cancelling homecoming won't stop people. There's still a football game, just no alumni. I feel so bad for them, they miss out on a real homecoming because people are jackasses. And FYI, all that nonsense that people do on homecoming (ie: setting a car on fire in 2005), is done by high school students. We just take the hit for it (ie: losing a million dollar grant).

Anyway... I'm gonna finish this coffee and take reading to the library. I also got $40 waiting for me because I sold a textbook at the used book store. I also have to pick up a course reader. I hate those. You pay for them but they don't get re-used so you can't sell them. It's just recycling after the course is done.
