Okay, I need some feedback from all you writers out there to prove to my stepdad what I've been trying to tell him since I've gotten home.
Before you can sell yourself effectively in the writing market, it's a good idea to actually have something written. Not published, just written. A good solid draft, whether it's the first draft or the 12,328th draft.
Yes or no? Please respond with comments, including qualifications (if applicable). If I am wrong, I will gladly stand corrected, but it will need a good deal of explanation as to how you can be a writer but not have written anything.
