A good day gone bad
well lemme start off by saying that im only about 45 signatures away from closing my ring so that ricky can finally close it. Today was ok... did a stupid FCAT test run and of course i have all of my buddies in my class with me.
I got home and cleaned (how fun!). Well my mom got home an hour early and i was like "wtf r u doing home?" She told me that my doctor called her and told her that my blood results finally came in from Cali. Lets just say that they arent too good. Its pretty much official... i have P.C.O.S.! Not the best thing in the world to have. Im not too sure what the hell it does to u, but from what i do know its not good at all. I know that cysts grow on ur ovaries (which explains why i havent had my period in about 5 months... ha and ppl thought i was pregnant lmao)and the cysts cause ur hormones to go all out of whack. PCOS might also cause me to get diabetes, heart disease, infertility and some other scary diseases. Um... the only way that i can control it is by taking medication and losing weight, so a new, rejuvinated, skinny stephanie is coming to u soon! Right now i'm in the crying stage, but i suppose ill get over it and just learn to live with it... after all to put it in the words of melinda , "Its not like [I] have cancer or anything like that."
Um... imma be missing school alot because i have to go to alot of doctor appointments but ill survive. Next thursday i have to leave school early (get to miss rosens class)b/c i have to go and get a sonagram. Imma have to go to a nutritionist in like a month and in a few weeks i have to go to get some more bloodwork done. My mom just went to the doctors office to talk to him. She just called and told me that soon imma have to go to a special doctor and imma have to miss the 1st half of 2 consecutive school days b/c i have to go to the doc office and sit there while they gimme my medicine and then observe me to see how i react to it i suppose. Well yeah its not gonna be fun but i suppose that everything happens for a reason right? Only common question is... why me?
Well to finish off on a happy note... monday is rickys bday! My baby is turning 17! Well today i have to go to publix and make the order for his cake that imma take to him during school and sing to him in spanish. I also gotsta go to party city and make the order for all the baloons that i want to buy him so that they will have them ready for me on monday morning.
