this little (and i mean little) thing connects to the first entry i posted here, His Fiance. and just imagine the little accent thing over the 'e'. i can never get it to work.
so, this was started a reeeaaalllly long time ago. and i had intended to finish it. but now...i think it's good here. and if not, well w/e. it's just a little drabble thing i had.

I needed a smoke. One last smoke before my world came crashing down.
Ok, scratch that. A little too dramatic for the circumstances. True, the girl I’d fallen in love with was about to marry someone else. A man, no less. But it wasn’t the end of the world. There’re more fish in the sea, as the saying goes.
The problem I’ve always had with that saying is that I never liked fish. Or the sea, for that matter.
But we’re getting off topic. The reason we’re here today is to witness the joining of two lost souls on a journey, finally coming to rest with the love they’ve found in each other...
...Or some mumbo jumbo priest’s always spew out at things like this. Weddings. And today of all days, it had to be Raechel’s wedding. The Raechel I’ve known since grade school. The Raechel I’ve been in love with since sometime around our junior year of high school. It was almost too much to take in.
But take it in I did. I had to. I’m the maid of honor, after all.
so yea. its short. really short. but its a little funny, and i like it. like i said, i started this so long ago, i dont even remember where it was going. i think i had something else along with it, but that's gone now too.
