Don't take it lightly that I offer you hobbits. I never share my hobbits with anyone. They are mine, my own, my precious.

In other news, the Christmas decorations are up. My sister is sad-face because we had three different people in the house yesterday and not one of them said anything about the tree. I told her the first aunt was all distracted by the silver silverware we donated to help her get started in her new business, and the second aunt was all distracted by a rubber band she found in the driveway (idek, my family) and Kevin, despite that I constantly say he is a woman, is actually in fact a man and thus gives a rat's ass about our tree. /pats sister/ The wreath is up on the front window, the nativity on the mantle and all the Christmas bears are in the rocking chair. The Christmas bears made me sad because there was this one that Papa Bear really loved. Every year he would get up in the chair and sprawl on top of it like a long lost friend. Then he would refuse to sleep in bed with me until the bears were put away again because he had to sleep only with his bear.
Wow, I just brought the room down.
Also, my cardboard standee hobbits have their holiday hats on (they look like Santa and elf hats but they are actually holiday covers for your wine bottles - fitting for the hobbits, don't you think?)
