Dear Kenneth,

Thank you for taking the time to cut and paste the FAQ into convenient, easy-to-read form letter format. However, for fun, I would like to pretend that I am not a complete idiot and already took the steps listed in the FAQ before daring to cut into Tech Support's valuable porn-surfing time and found that they did not solve my issue. I have also tried re-installing the game and found that this did not solve my problem either. Realizing the vital need for one's porn time, I request that you please tell me something of actual value and/or use so that I may go back to my game and leave you in peace.
