Classic Who Meta: tributes to the Brig and Sarah Jane
Nicholas Courtney (who played the Brig) and Elizabeth Sladen (who played Sarah Jane Smith) died last year. The show has paid tribute to the actors' characters in different ways: with the Brig, it was addressed on the show itself in The Wedding of River Song and The Power of Three. With Sarah Jane, it was not addressed directly on the show, however it was addressed in a special documentary. Which one do you prefer? Is one more appropriate than the other?
