Good Times and Good Crimes

Well it's been just about a year since the Courtney and I moved to New York. The actual anniversary is going to be June 15th, I think. Anyway, I don't regret the decision at all. The first few months were really bad, but that's because I was rather lonely. When work came, my attitude changed drastically. I've been freelancing for some time now. I enjoy it for the most part. It's great when I'm working , but not so great when I have consecutive days off. For example, I was busy prior to going to NOLA and then I got to spend a full week in NOLA, but now it's been really slow. I hate it. At least I have some money set aside for my bills and for regular expenses. I guess what I'm really saying is that if a photographer offered me a full-time position I wouldn't turn it down. I like the idea of a regular pay check. Anyway, I'm not trying to complain, just stating a feeling that I have.

Other than work, New York is going great. The weather is starting to heat up, so I feel like I need to be outside enjoying the sun. Which I do. Life is great my dear friends. To those who live in another state, I miss you and I wish that you all could move to New York so we can, once again, be a happy family.

Hasta Luego
