I am back at work, dear reader, after a lovely long weekend in San Diego with bewcastle , citizenbrown , and Rzelle.

Well, I'm packed.  Clothes, books, travelers checks (or cheques, I suppose, given my destination) and all the sundry minutiae for a long journey.  Tomorrow TLC and I will make use of the front end of the Los Angeles to London airfares we won this past spring - yay!  We'll be mostly in the north - we're staying in Carlisle and then York, with side ( Read more... )
