“Get up Vince, it’s Christmas morning.”
Vince groaned in annoyance, pulling the covers tightly round his sleepy form.
“Come back to bed,” he whispered.
“It’s time for Christmas breakfast,” protested Howard, standing over the bed,arms crossed.
“Presents first this year,” Vince shook his head, before adding with a cheeky whisper, “I’ve hidden your present in my pants.”
“We always do breakfast first,” said Howard.
“Then I’m cancelling Christmas,” said Vince. “Come back to bed.”
“Wait... pants?” asked Howard.
“Pants,” asserted Vince.
Howard blushed. Breakfast could wait until lunchtime, he thought, snuggling back under the covers.
