Essentially, no, with a few exceptions. Notably NITROGLYCERIN, INSULIN, AND ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED.
Other 'dry' meds (look like powder compressed into a tablet ie. aspirin, or powder/granules contained in a capsule), if kept in a cool dry place and haven't started to visibly break down, should be good for at least 10 years.
